Butterfly Fly Away.

Just as caterpillars must turn into butterflies, we must someday turn into adults. To be able to break free from our nest and make something big of ourselves. Today, we may not know what we’re going to be in the future but we still have our dreams.

Caterpillars have this instinct to begin their new life, forming cocoons, they pull themselves in from everything happening in the world. Although caterpillars don’t hide away out of fear, they still isolate themselves while changing, they know that in so much time they will have the ability to emerge a bigger, more powerful insect. They will have beautiful wings, allowing them to see the world in a completely different perspective. Teenage years reflect this.

Even though we know we have a future and our dreams, we still pull away from others and sometimes even ourselves. During these years, we’re growing in our own little cocoons, discovering new things to better prepare ourselves for adulthood- being a butterfly.

Soon enough, the newly formed butterfly will have to fly away- butterfly fly away.
